About Playfellow
What is Playfellow?
A Windows app with an AI game buddy. It watches your game, thinks out loud, talks with you and presses keys to play along. You can also learn how it works in a 15-day course.
Who is it for?
Adults, 18 and older, including complete beginners. No coding needed.
Which games work?
Offline, single-player Windows games. Start with the built-in practice arena, then try puzzle or turn-based games, then 2D action, then 3D.
Will it beat my games for me?
It's a teammate, not a cheat. It's good at calm games and still learning fast ones, and it explains what it's trying so you can help it.
Does it work on a Mac, phone or console?
Windows only for now. A Mac version is planned. Phones and consoles don't let one app control another, so for them we're planning a companion app instead.
Buying
How much does it cost?
Three subscriptions, monthly or yearly: Solo (1 player), Pro (2 players) and Squad (up to 4 players). Prices are in US dollars and tax is added at checkout. See Pricing.
Do I need to pay for AI?
Local AI on your PC is free; cloud AI typically costs about $3–20/month on your own account.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Write to support@rivel.pro and we move you to the plan you want.
Which language do I get?
Both. Every plan includes the English and the Arabic versions.
How many players does a plan cover?
Solo covers 1 player, Pro 2 players and Squad up to 4 players, each on their own PC.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Paddle, our seller of record, handles refunds. See the refunds page.
Safety and privacy
How do I stop it?
Press F12, push the mouse into the top-left corner of the screen, or click the red Stop button.
Can it click things outside the game?
No. It sends keys and clicks only while the game window is in front, and only the ones on the game's controls card.
Who holds the AI key?
You do. Many AI companies allow only adults to hold an account; you set it up, and the key stays on your PC.
What do you keep about me?
Very little. Your play stays on your PC. If you buy, Paddle handles the payment and we receive your email and what you bought. See the privacy policy.
Do you use cookies?
Only one, to remember your language. No tracking cookies. See the cookie notice.

Windows says “Windows protected your PC”. Is that OK?
Yes, for our direct download. Click More info, then Run anyway. The install guide shows how to check the file first.
